Here is a thought on the ability to track 300 locations across the contry from a central location. Your individual units located at what ever airport or other location would be monitord at that location. However the central location would be monitoring all locations and could spot a pattern forming, possible terrorist activity going for multipal targets where as the individual airport would not be able to see that. Takes to long for someone to make the decision and make whatever phone calls needed to bring it to the attention of others and they would only be able to talk about that particular airport. So when you talk about strong security it makes perfect sence. GLTA..../
