RR&D has a contract with BCND for $6mil and change for the glass factory.
The only thing we as BNCD stock holders should be interested in is the remaining balance of that $6 mil.

I don't care if its 2, 3, 4, 22 bricks thick, hell! Jimmy Hoffa could be kept in the walls of that building...it's not our concern anymore.
Ameri-source? Who Cares?! IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM! If the town calls up Rick himself and asks, "Why the hell isn't our factory gone?" Rick can say, "Talk to RR&D, they hired a company to take it down."

The only thing left of the Westmoreland Glass Factory for BCND is the remaining amount of $6 mil due. That's it.
