SPIN...So are you saying that we have 1 day (in a row) of a close above $1.00, with 9 more days to go to meet the terms of the deficiency notice from NASDAQ?

edit: And surely you would agree that an after hours bid on a thinly traded stock like WAVX doesn't really mean anything? Because if it did, you would have to get excited if you saw an after hours bid of $1.25!
