No doubt, WMI stated they planned to be out of BK by the third quarter. Which part of the third quarter was not defined but a plan is a plan. It isn't what is necessarily happening.

Judge Sleet's decision, the deposition results and process, and basically the omnibus hearing agendas are all we have in writing to indicate items of business.

Fact: the parties are working on settlement details. They might conclude at any time and then there would be an announcement. If that happens I guess the judge has to agree. I don't actually know what a time line to a change in stock price would be if all parties reached a complete agreement in writing on all issues.
