Stately I have been reading Ihub for about one year now never bothered to register, just use it to read what my fellow investors are up-to and to help me out in my DD.

But your comment last night to essence of wealth forced me to registar; for your comment touched every nerve in my body. (from pulp fiction) please allow me to retort (yes it is probably not spelled right). You said "AIG did a rs and they are doing fine".
That is no different than me describing to someone a fight between Bobby and John and John dies in the process but I tell the one who I'm conversing with that "Bobby had a fight and he is doing fine". So Basically it is OK that Dennise MU whatever does an RS and the company might be fine but poor ole John didn't make it. John being the investor (hint John died).

Yes I do believe that it is possible after the rs, that the company might recover but remember that we are investors not all ceo's of the co. If the company recovers Denise might still be making his million dollars and I will have nothing. The last thing I want is Denise to make millions of dollars after killing john (me the investor). Personally I'd rather the company fold and go bankrupt and Denise lose all his money before I would agree to any form of RS. RS is never good for a company let alone the investor who owns shares in the company.

I don't know how long you have been trading but I would advice you to read "Understanding Stocks" by Michael Sincere. He explains an a good understandable way what shares of stock is.

Thank you.
