I agree with you wilco, but I think the opportunity to "make the deal" is gone and I betcha nokia's offer, if they even have one, would be a disaster for idcc.

Nobody likes it, but I just don't see how idcc has any other choice but to do the appeals and if unsuccessful, then go to Deleware or whatever other legal option they may have. Idcc can't walk away from this and I don't think Idcc can accept a 5 or 10 cent deal. This one is going to continue on, I believe.

Btw, out of curiosity. How low would you go yourself to get a deal done? Surely it's got to be at least 25 cents and I betcha nok isn't offering 25 cents. So what can Idcc do but to carry on. mo

How many long time IDCC holders will be gone before the next big Decision date?? I say it is time to cut our losses and make the deals. I have waited long enough and watched the only winners in this stock, mgmt and shorts, have a field day.
