It is my belief that either the Legacy note holders are sellers or it is the company itself that is selling stock. Who else has so much stock to sell? It appears to be an unending supply of shares out there that is for sale. Why doesn't someone out there call or email the company (Frank) and ask him WHO is selling? I would do it myself, but I don't have his email address.
