I see the new stock holders, the Legacy note holders who got the stock, as just another group of stock holders who will follow their own motivations for managing their stock, except that these guys are not used to bopping in and out of investments like day traders do.

I have the opinion based on what I can build as the profile of such a group from the little I know, that they will be a much more stable base than the rest of the holders in F-3.

People who invest in such notes are used to holding tight for years. It's not like they were in a big hurry to sell out their ownership stake in the company, why be in a bigger hurry to sell out a stake that grows with the same company?
