I did write and Frank has not sold a share. I've been badgering poor Jim to get an idea about this.

what's a lame execuse. I called TA the other day and someone called yesterday and today. O/S adn Float are confirmed as well as the reduced A/S. The company hasn't sold shares since that fund rasing in exchange for $100,000 and that shares for the legacy note holders.
