It would be nice to see at some time and point that the patents in Japan are approved. It has been rumored by many on numerous occasions the approval is coming soon but all have been wrong. One of the last things Mickey Britt rumored was that they were issued and that was 14 months ago.

He said "Here are the numbers and again if I am not mistaken they will trigger the ongoing royalty payments from Matsushita."
