When a few IDCC FOMA patents are approved in Japan shortly..IMO:It will trigger some 8 cents in recurring revenue from Panasonic...and more significantly it will create a trigger for an updated Fujitsui, and Mitsubishi 3G license ...and produce a far larger 3G true up from just Fujitsui (which might be as much as $10 Million from only their FOMA Infrastucture sales to date.)..While IDCC has World Wide ESSENTIAL Patents for all forms of UMTS..Foma is slightly different..
