Why wouldn't shareholders know..

I would think that that type of info would be publicly released and viewed very positively. And the answer to your question about testing taking long with an outside interested party.. i agree...but again, assuming the fact that testing with an outside party for evaluation is happening and made public, the share price would move with that knowledge..by the time deals happen with publicly traded companies, their respective stock prices are already moving on anticipation of a deal..

If wish I knew all that was going on behind the scenes, however, the end game for me on Torvec is much biggerthan where it is now...
