I think we all agree on the sum of the parts being more valuable than is reflected in the current share price.
As to the annoucement of interests and due diligence taking place, I'd be thrilled were that to occur but it was my sense that this was not the norm in industry. It certainly doesn't happen that way in mergers and acquisitions so how would this be different?
