Then when the time comes, all it will take is for potential parties to a deal of some kind doing some due diligence and testing to move the value up to higher ground, while an ultimate deal or series of deals would maximize the investment here.

I wouldn't expect that shareholders will know about any such due diligence and testing, however, do you? And as previously stated, aren't both of those going to be lengthy processes??
