Honestly, any for real stock holder here that believes a company would put out a PR after PR and see stock fall to only hold bags of no PRS at all, think they will not see an increase of A/S after PR comes out. it is highly mistaken.
They are letting more bag holders grab hold before the A/S increase. You do not have to be a rocket NASA worker, which I am, to see this.

Think about what they did to all sharehlders that only relied on PR. They told them they bought out many companies and were ready to do a major market scheme.

Months now and nothing, them same stock holders have seen there money cut in half. No follow up or no response to major markets.
