If everybody took this long to sign a contract this world would be non existint. we would still be driving horse and buggy. I wait for a PR that prolongs the buyout that will happens next fall. We will see a increase after the next PR.

Of course this is only my honest opinion of invetigating fraud and fony stocks. Makes you wonder why no PR has been released lately.
