Did you catch Gibb's rear end "Pork-Barrell Spending" plea to strike Intervenor Gordon A. Stamper for the third time? It was buried in the small print at the end of the motion to strike Brown and Ginter.... he's a slippery snake in my opinion, why didn't he include me in the HEADLINES in his Title but only mention me in small print? Tisk, tisk, tisk, is that any way to treat your opponent? LOL One has just got to wonder how many times Gibbs will be allowed to strike down the Texas Trust Code re "interested persons"?
