This is the most litigious nation on earth. If you don't think that if someone slips and falls in a simple place like a public food court or in a public restroom somewhere for that matter, that there would not be someone standing in line in a New York minute with a law suit then you don't know enough yet.

Sure there is an "assumed responsibility" clause that may provide some indemnification somewhere to someone however flimsey that may be, but what happened on ihub goes beyond the pale of patrons assumed responsibility. ihub was allegedly used by Matt to proactively relieve patrons of their money by swindle according to the Feds and thereby should be held liable IMO.
