~~! ???. What the heck does that comment have to do with anything? I was discussing the new law that you made up out of thin air and applied it to ihub and this case.
Why do you think most companies and service type companies love arbitration? It sure isn't for the customers sake. It's not even mentioned yet what or who's insurance policies are going to come into play if they do. I know some lawyers are going to make some money some how. I think that might be the only sure fact at this time about this whole thing.
