"Public companies not only have an obligation but a responsibility to provide a level of safety for it users"

~~! Where in the world is THAT law or rule written?
Any public company exists to make profit for it's owners and officers...PERIOD... IF they are regulated by any government agency, that company operates within the guidelines for THEIR benefit. You think the BBB cares what the public thinks... no, they are paid by the very companies they advertise. The BBB is NOT a government agency or associated with the gov. in any way. That's what they want you to believe. A public company will only exist as long as it is profitable. The only level of safety a public company provides for it's users is IT"S OWN by covering itself with insurance for liabilities. A user or shareholder is a statistic for it's bottom line.
Ihub has all sorts of liability insurance and regulations protecting itself and advfn. It's USERS are not covered by Ihub/advfn liability protection. Never was, never will be.
Read ALL the Ihub disclaimers and associated pages.
The responsibility is to the members.
To think that there is some sort of corporation good guy laws is detrimental to your trading account.
