When you read the lawsuits that have been claiming that companies are being destroyed by NSS and that their is "celler boxing" going on by MMs... and hedge funds...

And when you read the complaints to the SEC and then look how the SEC is reacting... (http://www.sec.gov/rules/final/34-50103.htm see especially rule 203...)

You can see that something is screwed up in the US system of stock trading... and this screw up is a big problem on the pink sheets where the regulation has been slight...

My read is that Stockgate is a real, eminent threat to many companies... and those NSS players are making so much money doing this to other companies that they can afford to lose on CMKX if they have to buy back... even if it is mostly confined to pink sheet companies...even if it is mostly confined to pink sheet companies...

I believe that short selling is being massively under regulated and that many powers that be are engaged in it... there is some sort of antitrust violation here... time will tell how it all sorts out... but the markets cannot stand such an onslaught of fake shares...
