Game Over: What a mess!

Please don't misinterpret this post. As I have stated in prior post, I have been invested in IDCC for 9.5 years, going on 10 years. My first investment in IDCC is when I was 29 years old.

Where is IDCC going? Here are my humble thoughts.

With the "no violation" we will get a subpar payment from Nokia, as we did from Samsung.

When and if, IDCC decides to take it to the mat (as Uncle Bill suggested), they are risking a further huge blow to their credibility. Did Broadcom get a favorable pre trial rulling from the ITC? I don't know, but it would be consistent with the $100s of millions they received from QCOM.

In my opinion, after IDCC gets the sub par payment from Nokia, if Nokia doesn't take it all the way to a final defeat, what will the company be worth? $40/$50 a share. All of the risk myself and others have taken, was surely not worth it.

I am out after the Nokia settlement. Thanks all for sharing your knowledge, and experience, it was a good learning lesson.
