75 million shares outstanding (rounding up), market cap 5 million (rounding down) and very few "insiders" have sold this year. PYR management looks to have been a steady seller last year, but no longer.
So other possibilities for the price decreasing is some form of manipulation/shorting, as it really does not take that much in real dollars, maybe 5-10k a day, (with some churning to make up the volume differences)to drop the price on this stock.
With the investment of about 100k, as an MM you can trash a company and hope that people will start jumping out as if something is going really wrong.
Of course, to make this senario likely there would usually be alot of bashing to sow doubts in the investors, and as that does not exist, I doubt this is going on.
So I really don't know why my lovely Chinese darling is going for the price of a piece of hard candy.
