Then why don't you review the TSX Venture exchange regulations pertaining to mergers of companies on their exchange, with companies from the US exchanges. Finally , do you truly believe that Urban Casavant would ever want to have to disclose all the information about CMKX that the TSX Venture exchange would require ?
