I believe Roger Glenn is here to help the company and that his strategic experience will help to achieve that goal. He's the only reason, right now, why I still believe this company to be legit and will hold on.

That said, with all the connecting the dots and all of the theories, the one thing I can not understand is WHY the company is so secretive. The secretive approach seems to make sense at first, when you first hear it, and it's easy to glaze over statements like, "The company has a plan!" "The plan will unfold under it's own schedule." "We haven't been given every piece of the puzzle yet."

Yes, I understand that some insider information has to be kept secret in every company, but what doesn't quite make sense to me here, is WHY ALL of these secrets about things that should be simple and straightforward? The company isn't just keeping one or two things secret, like mergers and acquisitions, they are keeping the whole damn company secret! What's the point? They know we want the share structure. Why not give it to us? NSS? What does that matter? If there is a provable NSS, why all the secrets??? Just let it out in the open! OS? What does it matter? Tell us already! How can these secrets be part of a plan? What's the point? If it's a plan, then tell us! I guess what I'm trying to say is, when you think about it, really think about it, there doesn't seem much of a reason at all to keep the info that all of the shareholders want (and deserve) quiet, even if there is a plan and strategy in the works.

Only positive thing I can conclude is that the company doesn't want ANYONE to know the negatives, and that way it can strategically align itself with greater ease, before restructuring.

It sounds cool to say that the company has a secret plan, but, IMHO, there's really no justification for the secrets that I can see at this point, even with a plan. I hope my outlook changes very soon!!

ALL IMHO.
