Sure attack me if it help. Fact is we have no way of knowing ANYTHING. we never saw the finalized deal did we? There are a ton of loopholes in 144. If they were purchased through retail for example they wouldn't be restricted. How many times did we hear about the $218k bought??? Who knows and this just speculation but could that have been the stock for the acquisitions? Not sure if that would be legal but I know every rule has loopholes that can be exploited for somebody's gain.

All Statements are just my Opinion, I am probably wrong.
