Dumping? The volume for the past several weeks doesn't show massive dumping like you're claiming. The shares used for the acquisitions were restricted. Do you know what the vesting period on restricted shares are? It's at least 6 months.

Restricted shares are not tradeable until the vesting period is over, and once they become tradeable, how they are sold are strictly regulated.
