If you want to keep that info quiet for whatever reason then why proceed with a totally optional dividend that stirs this up even more?

Interesting point. I'm thinking that they weren't expecting a request for this information so soon and they were in the process of 'preparing' the share structure.

but then again, who the hell knows...
