I understand where you're coming from and I don't think it's unreasonable to want to get a heads-up from the company about this issue. I'm not selling and I don't sense many here are saying sell but I sure would like some clarification and an extra bottle of patience (which I have chilling as we speak).
It doesn't frighten me that someone posts this point of view, it's just human nature to want some info direct from the source so I'm cool with it all and I'm waiting like most others are...........

What I am curious about is why did they declare this dividend in the first place at this time? They must have known that it wouldn't bump the pps and furthermore since Roger has an accounting background, it seems reasonable to me that he would know that the O/S would be computed from the info. If you want to keep that info quiet for whatever reason then why proceed with a totally optional dividend that stirs this up even more?

Not going anywhere...except to the frig in about an hour....later guys:)
