Has anybody called Aunt Marcia?

This is a very strange suspension. Marcia Rosenbaum filed an NT10-K immediately preceeding the SEC action that clearly states she will attempt to file on or before the 15th day following its due date.

Marcia is attempting to get the filings up to date, so more shares can be registered, and she can capitalize a new business model. The company was broke before she acted, and they owed her a million bucks. I will assume that the IRS got the tax money out of the broke company, or the former officers would be the ones under scrutiny.

The Rosenbaum name is in my family tree. Hi Aunt Marcia. I wish you the best of Luck with the goons.
