I didn't see your question but glad it helps. As I posted to gump I am definitely not an expert on NSS but yes I believe your quite correct forgot that but indeed retirement of shares and buyback are two different things.

I think I'm right in saying if UC had conducted a buyback that would have been an even more positive indicator of management confidence but lets be fair how do you buyback billions of shares at a time when your company has been brought to it's knees by fraud?
