YOU POSTED; So I assume you know, WHICH PR it that tells us they are BUYING BACK SHARES??BTW buying back shares is NOT the same as RETIREING shares> They can RETIRE with out buying back and they can BUY BACK without retireing.

The NSS problem is well known to company shareholders heck even our resident basher has posted there is definitely a
short position in CMKX.

Thus it becomes harder and harder for the crooked MM's (didn't mean all MM's) to illegally naked short the stock.
