The NSS problem is well known to company shareholders heck even our resident basher has posted there is definitely a short position in CMKX. The company has stated in previous PR's that they are buying back shares to reduce the active float. Thus it becomes harder and harder for the crooked MM's (didn't mean all MM's) to illegally naked short the stock.

Now why don't they tell us how many have been retired to date good question. They have in previous PR's but to this day I doubt anyone knows that answer. I think because they don't want to divulge the share structure before Roger Glenn has what he needs to complete his job at CMKX. Acknowledging the total number of how many were retired could conceivably give away the OS and that would be counter productive.

Patience gump I know of at least one other stock I own that has a similar problem (3 guesses!) and the appeal of CMKX is that the management is making very obvious and deliberate efforts to bring those guilty to justice. The David & Goliath concept in play here. But your suspicions are correct it's a kind of a blind faith because management cannot tell all at present. It does have a ring of logic though if they want to rid the company of the NSS problem then they have to strong arm the MM's who are guilty or the stock will continie to get hammered.

Hope this helps I'm definitely NOT an expert on the subject.

Cheers....Rich
