CCleaner just takes care of cookies, I think...and does a good job of it, imo. I run it once a week.
FWIW, I've been using IObits Advanced System Care Free version for several months now, and REALLY like it.
I've run AdAware, Advanced System Care, and Malwarebytes every night during this time.
AdAware usually finds 2-5 or so per night, Malwarebytes NEVER finds anything, and Advanced System care will invariably find dozens or more every time.
Plus, even the free version has all sorts of bells and whistles, even tells ya anything about the build of the 'puter...OS, drives, memory, mobo, etc.
IObit also has a really good Smart Defrag that's fast as lightning...takes less than 5 min if done weekly.
