So God won't strike them dead from lightning, they told a HALF-TRUTH about WHY the A/S increase.

Half the truth is that they don't need to do a R/S right away ... NOW.

For anyone who has a ton of shares and you're way down on your investment in this company, I truly believe there is always the possibility that the CEO will perhaps use many of the new shares to buy another company or two that ultimately may compliment Cord Blood's longer range business strategy/strategies.

Why I bailed out of this stock when we were told they were going to up the A/S to a heart stopping amount, nothing that I saw in writing stated they PLANNED on using some of the newly issued A/S to purchase other businesses. It was the SILENCE that said, "Self - 99% of all Pinksheet and OTC's companies have done WHAT with this many shares in their greedy little fingers? Paid themselves wages and gave shares to friends who could help them down the road more than likely -- so they didn't have to go out and look for an HONEST job. Creating bagholders is what they are BEST at, and our Gubment fully sanctions it!"

If the CEO comes out reasonably soon and says he has big plans to purchase other companies (that make SENSE), this stock could get a big boost in share price. Me personally - I'd take profits if I could get them and run like a greyhound dog whose tail was dipped in battery acid ... but that's just me. To each his/her own.
