UVCL: as for the market conditions you're right, the market is pretty shot nowadays. I believe the reason for that is dilution..there's tons of stocks diluting away causing drops.

As for UVCL, the conditions are right for it to bounce, ie its cheap, charts are nice, no dilution etc. but at the same time its good to be cautious and trade it for the short term only, they all are short term :)
