UVCL--How high can it bounce?

Last run, it went slightly over 3 cents, then fell back. Will news be good enough to go even higher this time around? Given market conditions and how the MMs are working BB stocks these days, I'm not too optimistic about a high bounce. MMs are deflating the balls, IMHO.
