Per the MIMS 10q filed 2/13/09 the merger agreement "expired on December 31, 2008" (on page 12 of 10q). It also says this under the management discussion section:

"Our sole officer and director and majority shareholder is currently in negotiations to transfer his interest in Micro Mammoth Solutions, Inc. to an outside third party. In the event such transaction takes place, it is likely our sole officer and director would resign his positions with the Company."

The sole officer and director is James Watson.
