Itsonly, good post. Conflicts in the definition of O/S vs Float are out there, and I didn't mean to misconsture their meaning in my post. I'm very glad you brought it to light.

But your point is important. What I was trying to convey in my post in that sentence was the "Tradable Public Float". Meaning there may be insider shares that are restricted to be sold. Some have said last year Urban restricted his shares from being sold for 3 years. I would be most interested if someone could post the filing to this or the pr which states this so follow up can be done. Next week, I'll try digging, hopefully with others to see what can be found.
