Bo, yes, there are misinterpretations of the OS and float. But if you ask anyone that is in the business to know the difference, such as a stock transfer agent, they will give you the same definition given by Investopedia. That was just the easiest way to illustrate the difference.

At the time I was impressed that he would have the confidence to do that. I didn't notice where the number of shares owned by Mr. Casavant was listed and the filing doesn't say definitively that all his shares were place in escrow so it's all open to interpretation. It just adds further to the mystery.
