Bo14172, nice synopsis of what has happened with CMKX and what might happen in the future. I agree somewhat with what you speculate and that this could be a very interesting process.

However, you are confusing outstanding shares with the float.
Oustanding shares accounts for all share issued and outstanding.

The float refers to shares availabe to the retail public.
