I hope you are right. What do you see?

I see a shell looking for a company. I have a few shares and I need more info on the shell. they used to be in San Diego, but the phone wasn't working the last time I called. I verified the number of outstanding shares. I know that there were some related BK filings. I need forensic DD from the San Diego area. I can't make the trip this minute. Who knows? Maybe somebody else wants the shell.
