Just curious, what are your thoughts on the following?

First, why would the TA quit, wouldn't they get paid for their services whether or not the number of O/S and float is too high. Perhaps they were paid in shares? Either way, it's still revenue coming in for the company right?

Second, Why might it be hard for Urbie to find another TA - kind of along the same lines as my last question. There's nothing wrong with a little revenue.

I guess what I'm asking has to do with why it matters whether or not the TAs company is doing well or not, if they get paid for their services then they should be happy. What does the TA get out of ther company if they have done well, if they weren't paid with shares. If I were a TA, I don't think I would care if I was getting cash for my services.
