I think it is part of the master plan though. Pacific's number was plastered all over the last PR. Why do that unless you feel that someone will call it.
Now Urbie's gonna have to find another one. Two down. Others may be hesitant to take the job. As I said earlier, I saw something similar with AZNT, though the turnover rate wasn't as quick.
For those who may not know this: it's perfectly normal for a TA to give out information about shares outstanding. It is, in fact, part of their job. They'd only NOT release the number if they were specifically told not to do so by the company.
