mm....I think you have the situation summated to a T! Sorry I can't help you with a site that will display sellers at .01. I am sure someone here can help.

You're correct, company is buying up as much of the remaining old stock as it pops up. Don't think there is much (20-30 million) to go - maybe less. The 5 cent/10 cent shares/warrants will be delayed until a more favorable stock price, but they are getting enough of a loan (no dilution) to begin on the Homestead property very soon. I suspect we will know soon if this is correct and not just rumor. Much is happening now and it's very encouraging......Joe
