Thanks for defining the problem, Galt (Hey, do you look like Gary Cooper?) So the chart shows the Bid price of .01, not the sale price of .01? Is there a free site that I can view the actual sales so I can see if there are any at .01? Like I said, if I can show sales, then Vanguard makes their MM cover it for me.

My guess is the company stopped the PR when the old holders started dumping and driving down the price - it was too hard a battle to fight. I think I saw a message a while back that the company is buying up these stragglers, maybe before they release new publicity. They have to create demand for the shares by getting rid of the dumpers.
Also, the drop in price must have complicated the financing they were anticipating and that will be the biggest PR when they have financing, because then they can start drilling and exploring. Doesn't make sense to particpate in a private placement if shares are available cheaper on the open market.
