mas, Paul Otellini has clearly stated just a month ago in public that they have solved their issues and will reach 4Ghz easily this year. This was an extremely prominent statement (to analysts, investors, press), so I certainly expect them to keep it at this point, unless we see clear evidence to the contrary towards the end of the year.
