This worries me a bit. I have been hearing from multiple peopel that the latest prescott stepping lowered heat considerably, and binned out very high, 4.0 with ease. Then comes release, and power is up, and availibility is nil. I wonder what is going on. I hope it is just a matter of volume not ramping, I don't see a bright future for a 115w CPU that is hard to get.
