I do not know where BenQ is selling their products but if it is only in Asia then it would make for an interesting situation for IDCC. I think IDCC would need to take legal action in Taiwan to go after BenQ or is BenQ worth the trouble? Perhaps IDCC can scare BenQ to sign a license agreement. Then there are the other Taiwanese manufacturers.
