ERHC will have to do the same as they did in the JDZ to be awarded EEZ blocks. A technically qualified partner, so we will have to sell a percentage of our rights again, for probable full carries to be awarded EEZ blocks. No drilling parnter = no awards, if it goes the same as the JDZ auctions.
